There are numerous programs, created by a large variety of congressional mandates and executive order that affect the manner in which the government deals with organizations that are classified as small business. These programs have been set into place to be sure that the small businesses are given an fair opportunity to provide products and services to the government. If it wasn’t for these particular programs, the small businesses would be overshadowed by the work of the large businesses. Such small business programs such as small business concern, small disadvantage concern, women-owned small business concern and HUBZone concerns are in place to provide contracting opportunities. Large Businesses do not need these particular programs as they are more than capable to perform with adequate number of employees for the right price to the government. These programs are fair and reasonable preferred programs. The government wants each and every small business to have the opportunity to participate as subcontractors in the contracts awarded by any agency. Large businesses are able to perform more effectively at a better price because they are a large business with more employees and resources. This reasoning should not give large businesses more opportunities than small businesses. Therefore these programs are set into place to be sure the small businesses are given a fair opportunity. In other words to put this statement in liament terms, Netflix must follow the demographic areas that provides the best opportunities for there corporation. In order for Netflix to become worldwide, it must provide business to worldwide companies. Other countries that are more populated than the United States can cause Netflix to be a booming business with purchasing possible over the limit purchasing numbers because of the are more populated than the United States.
