Act genetic poverty[pic 1]
Business coach and lecturer Natalia Grace in his book, "The Laws of Grace" very accurately identified the one thing that from early childhood programs us to poverty.
And called it "The Law of Genetic Poverty."
It's worth to read each:
"In my childhood home of a classmate, we often jump on the couch until he saw adults. We are very pleased the spring, sometimes very close approach to the surface; underwhelming dust that was flying clubs of a sofa from our jumps. When twenty years later, I went to his childhood friend, the horror I saw in the corner is the same couch where we once danced. He has not changed much, as far as I could remember, but now I was shocked by poverty and wretchedness of the situation. I mentally calculate how many could be worth buying a new sofa, replacing greasy stools, mirrors, broken and gummed wrapper from chocolate. As we talked, I imagined White ceiling and changed the wallpaper. I wanted to wash the windows, obsizhennye flies, throw out sticks and cardboard sticking out from under the sofa, broken flower pot, tied with a stocking. "And what if the bad with money?" - I thought ... But the brain resist and offered me to buy at least an inexpensive adhesive film under the color of the wood and covered her desk. Wherever I looked, my eyes ran across some damage, dirt, stains and debris. Brain suddenly said to me: "How do you think, why near the poverty always dirty?" I will now ask the same question. Even when replacing the word "always" on "almost always" or "often" is easier to not done. Dirt - is a manifestation of a lack of money is not, and mentality. Think about it: the dirt - is a manifestation of the appropriate mindset. And since the dirt and poverty - the neighbors, then poverty - a kind of mentality. Yes, poverty is a greasy head.
At school I had a terrific teacher of literature - Tamara G., extraordinary mind, a very shrewd woman. She once dropped a phrase that I remember all my life. Someone asked her what it means to the petty bourgeoisie, and she said, "The Philistines means drinking from a mug old shabby when the new sideboard in the stands." So it is accepted in many Russian homes: a rainy day money aside on a white cup on the sideboard in the new stands, only white day occurs rarely, and black filled the whole of life. Who lives expectation of the future, for it never comes. And then I realized it: shame to be poor; ashamed to be dirty. I am ashamed to have in mind the devastation that inevitably reflected in the housing, and to the mentality of children.
