Pilot Frank is the closes to me. Not only can I fly, thus match his skills but also has he a stubbornness. For us both it is hard to empower the subordinates for me this is reflected in my moderate empowering score as servant leader (18). He does not want Captain Harris to go into the desert and runs after Cubbs to save him, this reflects my high human skill 24 and relationship 45 scores. Still it is hard for him to admit his mistakes and let Dorfmann take over. His big ego stands in his way and prevents him to be more task orientated, unfortunately I match his stubbornness.

Both Frank and Dorfmann try to approach the other with a parent approach but neither of the two is able to accept the knowledge and authority of the other and neither wants to comply with the others ideas. Dorfmann first acts like a rebellious child when his idea first gets neglected and he just walks off. Later he takes additional water and thus breaks a rule Frank has established he turned into a parent by commanding the construction plan.
