Card Game
Introduction
The card game is the simple game against group A to group D. There are some management skills which will be applied in the game. It is including leadership skills, communication skills and managerial skills. There is no doubt that those factors are the element for win the game. It is very useful and interesting for every member in order to understand what management skills shall be applied. Also, every member will recognize how to apply the management skills that we can learn in the process of the game.
The thinkers and doers are arranged as below. Doer 1 – Anery Doers 2 – Li Doers 3 – Julian Thinker 1 – Daniel Thinker 2 – Eddie Thinker 3 – John Thinker 4 – Janice Thinker 5 – Joe
Game Instruction The followings are the procedure for the game. 1) Select 3 people in every group to play the game. 2) Instructor provided the one set of card number to every person in group A to group D 3) Every person has number 0 to 10 of eleven cards. 4) Doers and thinkers can discuss the game and set up the strategic 5) Trial of game start 6) Instructor calls a number in 1 to 30. 7) Player picks the number of the card. 8) Players cannot watch each other. 9) Doers and thinkers can not discuss in the progress of the game. 10) The sum of the number from players is equal to the number from instructor. 11) The real game starts and repeat 6 to 10
