Changing trends in technology
In todays every changing technology has implications for human services to give quality to deliver for individuals. Human services professionals are always at trends with updating technology to help clients connecting on one such thing like videoconferencing on internet which can be a great valuable source or tool. One example that would help would be if a person who has agoraphobia, for which this is an individual that does not feel safe leaving there home, or people with disabilities and even people that can’t leave there jobs for one reason or another. So with this new technology it makes it easier for a social worker, or doctor to reach their clients, in a remote or rural area.
But we know that with new resources have human services agencies strapped finically. Now with leaders they have to explore to improve efficiency and capacity by recognizing the implements of the affordable care act which has provided strategies that can enhance modernization. They also know they must motivate effort to coordinate and collaborate to integrate human service delivery.
With technology it is in every area of our personal and professional life. We have gone from paper to digital messages and so on. The increased use of the ever changing technology has signification for human services by delivering the quality life for clients.
Even with the necessary essentials of technology it can be quite a decision and overcoming form in financing to security and compliance. But with planning human services can innovate ways of using technology with having the understanding or reinsurance and a long with education and keeping up with the technology change by giving the quality of care to all individuals which at the same time can cut down on cost and time either way with client or professionals to where it maybe more affordable with having improved efficiency of quality care.
