I'm student at GCC.I'm 27 years old. I live in New Haven, whish is in C.T state. fter I knew myself I view the world optimistically. I felt happy in my life. I found my strengths and weakness. I felt grate and more power. I can face the problems that want to stop my dream. I can look forward and thing positively. I feel a good confidence and believing myself. I can broke the negative though and change it to positive one. The life is so easy and every one can have that life. It is quite common to hear people telling others to "think positive", while these same people do not follow their own advice. Most people don't take these words seriously, since they do not know what they really mean, or don't know how to change their mindset. I just need to believe myself that I can do a good thing. Knowledge and believe are the best stuff that I can handle with me through my lifetime. I really have now good conversations with my friends. Cause, I have a lot of information about any field and subject. I used to watch a psychology show about using a long memory which is in the right brain. I have learned from that show how to keep any information for a long period and easy to bringing out if needed. The better you understand yourself, the better you are able to accept or change who you are. Being in the dark about yourself means that you will continue to get caught up in your own internal struggles and allowed outside forces to mound and shape you.

Obviously the way I viewed the world changed when I learned to know myself. Knowing myself is a good opportunities that I have gained through my life. It is really important for me that I have this knowledge which truly help me out and let me go forward. Most of us believe that we know ourselves better than anyone in this world. But a lot of people are still strangers to themselves. Before knowing myself I faced the world with a lot conflict that affected my emotional. Fear prevented me from learning
