Our team had a discussion about the case study named“the nice trap”, in our forth
tutorial class. The topic is about the differences between agreeable people and
disagreeable people in their job. This topic is practically a controversial one. It makes
us lot of fascinating understanding with it.
We had learned how agreeable person perform in their job with the Big Five Model
on our textbook in the lecture before this tutorial class (Robbin, 2014).

our textbook. The case said that the people who have agreeableness personality
would lead to lower levels of career success. That is because agreeable individuals

person definite have their own fault, but still have their own merit too. I had work in
PCCW’s call center, me job is to convince customers to renew or extend their
contract. I had about ten co-workers working with me in our team. I see some
disagreeable colleagues had more success order than some agreeable colleagues.

questions, they were really more aggressive on their conversation with others,
usually lead agreeable customers too what they want. On the other hand, agreeable

they really know how to build up good relationship with others colleagues and
managers, make a harmony atmosphere in the office, if you ask me I really love to
work with agreeable person than disagreeable person more, ether disagreeable
person make greater salary.
