There are many people with different kinds to health history in my family. In my father's family, they are my father-Paris, my grandfather-Peter, my grandmother-Iris, and my uncle-Chris. In my mother's family, they are my mother-Judy, my uncles: John, Joshua, Hank and George, my other grandparents-Jack and Kristy. Unfortunately, Kristy passed away due to cerebral hemorrhage when my mother was six, and Jack passed away around spring this year. Still, some of my family members are doing great, and while others are not as well as the healthier ones.
Let's get start with my father's side. My grandfather's health condition is not that good. He has hypertension, high cholesterol, hyperuricuria, and high blood sugar, which is typical for the elders who did not exercise regularly throughout their life time. Although Peter was taking Physical Education as his major in college, he did not keep exercise regularly after he graduated from college. These conditions listed above indicated that Peter is very likely to have heart disease, which shows up true for now.
My grandmother is also major in the field of Physical Education when she is young. Her health condition, however, seems better than my grandfather. She has hyperlipemia and few problems in her stomach, but her stomach is doing fine for most of the times. In addition, her hearing is a little bit worse than my grandfather, which is something common for the senior citizens. The reason why she has stomachache and all the symptoms is because that she did not eat very well at her youth due to many factors, including historical time period and family hardships.
My father's health condition is pretty nice, considering he took Physical Education as his major in college. He only has high blood viscosity. My mother has some troubles with her cervical vertebra since she usually likes to stay at the same position for her neck all the time. Although my mother is not living a rather healthier life than my father, her health conditions seem okay in her age group.
