Tapmi’s weakness--→Branding
Hence We need a proper Website to showcase our strengths in a manner that will attract masses and make our assets look even better.
We are asked to write a memo of transmittal. A transmittal is of two types, namely, letter and memo. This transmittal is formatted as a memo when the report is to be prepared internally. If the report is to be prepared from an outside firm, the transmittal would be in the form of a letter.
Coming to our topic….As one of the partners in a corporate communication consultancy, we are given the task to revamp the TAPMI website. We have to study the organization of the website and come up with an updated display to support the publicity and branding of TAPMI. For this we needed suggestions from the student fraternity and the best way to do , is conduct a survey, collect opinions from students who use the website.
The survey and the relevance of the questionnaire will be explained by Neethu.
Following this, we will be going into the memo which will be taken up by Prateek and Anuj.
Finally, Nehreer will conclude with the final recommendations , which we believe , if implemented can make the website worth appreciable.
