When you eat foods that contain fat soluble vitamins, the vitamins are stored in the fat tissues of the body and your liver. They wait around in your body fat until your body needs them
They are happy to Stay in your body for a while, some stay for a few days, some up to 6 months. Then when its time for them to be used special carriers in your body take them to where they are needed
Water Soluble
These are different. When you eat food that has water soluble vitamins, the vitamins don't get stored as much in your body
Instead they travel through your blood stream. Whatever your body doesn't use, it comes out when you urinate
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin that is necessary for normal growth and development.
Water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water. Leftover amounts of the vitamin leave the body through the urine. That means you need a continuous supply of such vitamins in your diet.
