JAPANESE CULTURE
Report# 1
The first time I visited Japan, one thing which made me surprised and happy is that this country is really calm and the people here are very kind as well as polite, especially when they bow to people each other which makes me really happy to see it. In my opinion, Japanese people do this bowing towards people is that they understand the value of a people and they do understand that a person has to give respect to the other person. Not only with the people who are walking in the streets, at the time I visit supermarkets or malls, the sellers are very attractive towards the consumers. The meaning of attractive is that the sellers are always keep their smile face towards their customers and whenever customers ask about the product details repeatedly, the sellers just response in a manners way as based on my experience. Whenever we do not buy their products, the sellers still have the smile on their faces. I have never seen any disappointments towards the sellers from the customers when I visit shops. In my opinion, this strategy of the sellers is really creative, due to the reason that it could bring the sellers more benefit from the consumers, and if the customers have already been familiar with the sellers, they will start to visit the shop often. My personal opinion is that I would like to use this strategy in my country for gaining more customers in my country due to the reason that in my country this strategy is rarely have been used as well as based on my personal experience, I have had a quarrels with the sellers in my country because they did not response me or care me very well as a customer. Though I have gained satisfaction when I came to Japan and my mind become relaxed seeing such a great people who help each other in the time they need and have response in a good manners even with strangers.
