- What type of leadership is practiced at NCF, transactional or transformational? How do you know? The leadership practiced at NCF is transactional, because in a transactional setting it is very factual and by the book and rules are direct , where the leader is focusing on the role of the organization the performance as a group and the day to day progress .

The leadership practiced at SSS is transformational , because transformation is when leaders work to enhance the engagement of followers guiding their behaviors and will challenge the current state, This company wanted to look at the issues and see what they could come up with and then decide how to handle the situation .

- Which style of leadership would you recommend for a human service organization? Explain you
Answer.
Well I feel for a Human services Organization you need to have both leadership styles as a skill I would say for the most part you need to be by the book and follow rules and guidelines, but at the same time I feel that if there is an area where if you feel something may need to be questioned or looked at in different light that you would still have the courage to look at it explore it and maybe find a new solution for growth within the company I also feel some employees need clear boundaries where some may require gentle guidance from their leader I really feel that you really need a good sense of humanity and be very flexible in who you are and how you manage in order to be a great leader in human services
