Shared Goals:

  • Inspiring Team Achievements

As a team, we agree to work together to achieve a rock star status amongst our folks. This is not pertinent only to grades but also to other activities. We will together as a team function to work in a manner that inspires other teams. The idea is to create a working model that forms basis for other teams to learn from.

  • Develop Leadership Skills

As members of the community, there is one takeaway that we all want to have. To become better leaders. Leadership is all about managing and working with people. As a team, we will be mindful of this opportunity and give each other equal and ample opportunity to develop and hone each other’s leadership skills. We will divide responsibilities amongst each other and give opportunity to every team member to lead cases while the other team members upport the leader in better decision making. This will help each of us hone and exercise our leadership skills.

  • Contribute to each other’s Experience

Experience is what will contribute to our learning. From Cases, assignments to late night discussions, what will fortify the learning is the experience we have while we are at it. We Team 13 agree to make sure that we contribute to each other’s experience by helping each at every step and stand by each other to make sure we together have an amazing year.

Participation Expectations:

  • Smile

Smile the biggest expectation that we have and we agree to make sure we continue to smile and continue to make each other smile while we work together to achieve our goals. Smile as an expectation is for us a metric for happiness as a team. We will ensure that we contribute to each other’s happiness that contributes to our productivity.

  • Creativity

With so many interesting people and intellectual people around, we as a team agree to be creative while we solve problems. This will help us not only give better outputs in terms of our assignment and studies but also help us become better leaders who understand the value of creativity in problem solving.

  • Conducive Learning and Growth Environment

As a team, we can work on as many cases or discussions but unless we do not create the environment that makes learning interesting and fun, we won’t go far. We agree to create an environment that is most conducive. By bringing in each other’s perspectives and knowledge about various domains, we will contribute to our learning and growth environment and make it interesting enough for the rest of the members to look forward to.

Decision Making Rules

  • Patience & Deliberation

Every second spent discussing and solving a problem is time to learn. We will practice patience while we work towards coming to a conclusion or discussion. We will go to any length to help each other understand the logic behind a particular decision. This deliberation will help each of us become more patient and help us keep the team together at every step.

  • Unanimous Decisions

Every decision will be well thought out and each member’s inputs will be taken before we take a decision.  That gives, we will also give each member a leadership role from project to project in which case, the leader of the initiative will be taking the decisions however, he/she will have to take a buy in from every other member of the team.
