Organ donation

Some people are ready to die. These people are ready to die to save life of another one. These people are called organ donors, because they are ready to donate all their organs to save life of people they love very much. They do not care about what can happen to them after the donation process. They do not care about psychological or medical effects that they are exposed to after the donation process, but all what they care about is the salvation of people they love. On the other hand, there are some people who are not ready to die for any one. They do not care about what happened to other patient people and what they need, but all what they care about are themselves and how they keep their health good. They care about what they can experience and what they will be exposed to after the donation process. Therefore, organ donation is a very controversial issue, because it has some opponents and some supporters. Each side of both has their reasons for what they believe in. Consequently, here is the analysis of an important controversial issue, which is organ donation.

First of all, some people are against the idea of organ donation and they have their reasons for that. They are against the idea of donating organs because all what they care about are themselves. They do not want to be at risk when they lose one organ from their bodies. Some of these people put in their minds that they will die if they donate their organs, and they will experience many bad things like psychological and medical effects. The opponents of organ donation do not accept the idea of organ donation because they know about the effects that the donor be exposed to after the donation surgery. For example, organ donors experience psychological complications because they feel anxiety and depression after donating an organ or tissue. They are against organ donation because after the donation surgery, donors feel that they miss something inside them, they are not the same as ordinary people, and they feel that they are abandoned and isolated. Also, some surgeries do not succeed and donors in many times die. Moreover, some people do not believe in organ donation because, from the religious view, they believe that their organs and their bodies are not theirs, but they are owned by God. Some people opposes the idea of organ donation because they feel that this idea encourages greed, furthermore, some people sell their organs to earn a lot of money not to help other patients. Moreover, some people state that some families may face an important drawback from organ donation. The reason for this is that if someone donates their organs after death the funeral may be delayed because the donation process usually takes from 12 to 24 hours after death.
