In life if you look good then you feel good, “your body image will affect how you think, feel and act in certain situations”, says (Wilhelm, S, 2006, p. 5.) Losing weight if you are not happy with the way you look can lead to a healthier lifestyle. Research suggests that having a healthy mind and body contributes directly to what success we have in life. The world has evolved in such a way that people generally do not have the time to prepare a healthy diet or regular exercise plan which can then result in weight being gained. “ With the trend of obesity on the rise, great amounts of money and attention have been directed toward regimens for losing weight and maintaining healthy lifestyles,” says (Anderson L, 2007, online), however when it comes to losing weight each individual is different, each individual has different goals in the way that they want to lose weight.
