Since we were born, most of us have been taught that we need to see doctor once we get sick, because that is the way for we to get healing sooner and more scientist. On the other hand, there is another perspective still show up in these societies. However, culture could be a significant support that has great impact on both citizen’s behavior and the social development process.

For this article, the author focuses on the health issue such as disability and pain with the unusual opinion, which is culture factor. There are three points that I believe it is very important, and also those are the things that we should start to improve from. First of all, let’s think about our knowledge of health from cultural view. As we know that there are a close relationship between culture and history. From the past to the present, most of people think pain has nothing to do with disease, because everyone have their own different pressure, the source of the pressure may come from work, study, or other things; in fact, all of these could be cause serious drawback for our health. But from the author’s opinion, still great numbers people deeply believe that is because of religious influences of Gods. Secondly, nowadays, as the social developing process is pretty fast, millions of millions people were moving to different countries from their own motherland because of life pressure and job opportunities, indeed, there is a another serious issue pops up, which is the communication problem. Sometimes these people could not express what they actually needs especially for the health services. At the same time, this is another reason why the minority people don’t really want to involve to the medical and health service. The third point, which is the most important factor for health service in these societies; which is the social inequality are always affects people’s health.
