Strengths-
• Johnson & Wales is an independent, non-profit university with an enrollment of over 16,000 students.
• The university as a very ecliptic student body that represents all 50 states and over 90 countries.
• The university offers a variety of undergraduate career programs in business, culinary arts, hospitality, and technology supported by a strong liberal arts core.
• Graduate programs in business and education and doctoral program in educational leadership are also offered.
• In addition to its flagship Providence, RI campus, the university now has three regional campuses located in North Miami, Florida; Denver, Colorado; and Charlotte, North Carolina-each offering an array of undergraduate programs and a comprehensive set of services.
Weaknesses-
• The parking for the downtown campus is very hard to find. It also can be very expensive to park.
• Johnson & Wales is a very expensive school to attend with the cost of tuition, room and board, meal plan, and the cost of book/supplies the average student is paying well over $25,000 a year.
• Relatively small campus.
• Johnson & Wales does not have a football team due to the lack of space in the city.
• Very congested areas were the campus is located.
