This proposal is about a redevelop program of the whole Hudson Park, which located at 94 Hudson Park Rd, New Rochelle, NY 10805

Abstract

Project HP goals is to renovate the parks, recreation, and the beach area as it is particularly important in ensuring that the area’s high quality of life is sustained as communities grow. The HP goal that directly addresses parks and recreation states that New Rochelle communities needed are  

• Enhance recreational opportunities.

• Develop parks and recreational facilities.

• Redevelopment of the beach

• Having more water activities for summer

• More dining option close to the Hudson Park

• Summer package which will have option like fishing, jets key and kayaking

The purpose of redeveloping Hudson Park is basically creating a new image for the city of New Rochelle and keep the community and the local happy. This will also help creating lots of job opportunity for the locals and will make sure the money stay within the city. We feel city of New Rochelle always had a great potential as compared to city like Rye and Mamaroneck. This redevelopment of the Hudson Park will encourage the local to spend more time with in the city and this will also encourage people from other city to visit the offering of New Rochelle.

I hope you are doing well. In our proposal we have a vision to maximize the benefit of open space lands which we have in Hudson Park. The redevelopment of Hudson Park can provide passive and active recreational opportunities close to home for a diversity of residents and visitors. Neighborhood and community near to this park serve immediate urban area needs
