First, cities have a large population size because of vast urban aggregates and conurbation, the overflowing with immigration colonies and high ratio of the foreign born. The multiplication of person create the social problem of segregate individual “1 according to color, ethnic heritage, economic and social status; such diverse origins and background” separate human relationships, so the high pressure of complicated human relationships and personal disorganization lead the “schizoid” character of urban personality, and create the social problems of suicide, crime and corruption is more prevalent in urban, especially in the lower income area in the city.

Second, cities have limited space with large population size, so it leads the problem of high population and building density in urban area. The high population, insufficient of land creates the problem of increasing land value and rental; people who live in city have to suffer high expenses for housing. Also, the mixing land use, overcrowd building and traffic create the environment problem like air, noise, water pollution and urban heat island effect, it decrease the living standard and environment condition of the city. The overcrowd of building and population density make the “2 close living together and working together of individual which lead a greater competition, exploitation and aggrandizement in work place”.
