Crystal Clear Communications, INC. Crystal Clear is an Internet and cable TV provider. Their footprint is in the Midwest regions that include the following states: Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri. Crystal Clear has been in business since 2000 and provides high speed Internet via fiber lines to residential and business customers. Thus, they are able to provide data and television on the same fiber line providing customers with one of the fastest services for TV and Internet. The company also provides voice data to larger companies and Crystal Clear uses T1s and T3s to provide this service. Crystal Clear employs 10000 employees combined in all 6 states. Of the 10,000 employees 6,800 of those are union employees and are managed by front line managers. First and second level directors as well as VPs and department presidents make up the staff at Crystal Clear. Since Crystal Clean inception they have hire close to 3000 employees from other communication companies, and the need for training has become a concern for leadership. Many of the front line managers are college grads and not had any managing experienced. Most of the union employees consist of retired or experienced technicians and customer service representatives.

In order to streamline processes among all management employees at Crystal Clear, the Coaching Tactics will be implemented and deemed mandatory for all employees that are identified. The Coaching tactics training will enhance coaching and performance in particular the front line managers. The Coaching Tactics training is in aligned with the goals and objectives at Crystal Clear and leadership is in agreement that this training will help with the success of Crystal Clear and the future growth.
