Language-
The literally meaning of Language is a system of communication consisting of sounds, words and grammar, or the system of communication used by the people of a particular country or profession. (Definition of language noun from the Cambridge Learner's Dictionary © Cambridge University Press) We can see from the definition, it shows that language has its unique. The purpose of language is to communicate what you want to say. For example: the infants have not learned language, they use their own words to express themselves. In this video (http://youtu.be/gorzrm_Ci6A), these two babies only use dadadada in their conversation. No one understand what they are talking but it still is a kind of language. No matter what is the proper definition, the human is always the center of language. Language is created by human and it is a tool that conveys our ideas.
Culture-
Culture is the DNA of a country. That means, people can’t growing without culture. Culture includes a very wide range. It contains letter, language, religion, music, painting, drama, literature and so on. In my opinion, culture is also called civilization. It is a kind of living proof that created by a group of people.
