First one is DSS. Decision Support System is models information to support managers and business professionals during the decision-making process. There are three quantitative models often used by DSS. They are Sensitivity analysis, What-if analysis and Goal-seeking analysis. Decision Support System can help people to compile useful information from a combination of raw data, documents, personal knowledge, or business models to identify and solve problems and make decisions.

Second one is ERP. Enterprise Resource Planning system is the organization’s backbone in providing fundamental decision-making support and integrates all departments and function throughout an organization into single IT system so that employees can make decisions by viewing enterprisewide information on all business operations. ERP can solve the inconsistency problems in an organization because everyone can share the same information and then make decision in term of the enterprisewide information.

The next two techniques are Delphi Technique and Nominal Group Technique which are referred in the textbook. Delphi Technique represents a systematic way of collecting and organizing the opinions of several experts into a single decision. The key feature of this technique is that it is always used to collect and integrate the opinions and ideas of a group of experts and finally someone compiles these ideas and look for a consensus of them.

Nominal Group Technique is a technique that brings a small number of individuals who systematically offer their individual solutions to a problem and share their personal reactions to others' solutions. All group members need to evaluate and vote their individual solutions and finally choose a best one by rank-order.

In the next, I will analyze the leadership style of Mount Cedar Tech by using Behavioral Approaches and Influence-Based Approaches. At first, we need to know about leadership. The definition of leadership is the process
