The founders of Google are Founders Larry Page and Sergey Brinwho are Stanford University graduates; they build a search engine called Backrub in 1996 to address the importance of individual webpages. Google Company was founded in 1998 and has been successful to serve hundreds of thousands of users and customers to this day. Google provide wide range of products and tools such as Gmail, YouTube, Picasa, Chrome, Android OS,Maps, News and advertising programto help businesses of all kinds and these products and service are backbone of Google’s business.These products are built to make experience of the web better and this company iscommitted to the open web to make the life easier for internet community. Organizational structure
Google’s organization structure is consistes of board of directors which are considered stackholders. The board of directors created Corporate Governance guidelines to provide a framework so that board and management operate effectively together to achieve corporate objectives. Directors and members on Google's board are independent as defined by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Google has adoptedhighest levels of ethical business practices which has been defined is Code of Conduct which provide ethical guidelines for directors, officers and employees. (Google,2013)

The GoogleCompany is consists of its people with skills and talents who are smart and focused with many abilities rather than experiences.
