1. What is your evaluation of the MGI team's processes? What are the root causes of the team's process
Problems?
Ans: Evaluation for MGI Team Process: - MGI Team was going to prepare a business Plan. If we talk about a business plan. We should have enough expertise in each & every aspect of the business. Like –Product knowledge, Potential Market, Target Customers, Taste of the Customers, Advertising, Sales Strategy, Financial planners & most important versatile workforce to handle Diverse Customers.
As We Know about MGI Team it was fulfilling all the requirements which a business demands from his Employees & owners.
Everybody in Team was able enough to handle the different segments of the business from Product Knowledge to financial planning.
Henry & Dana was writing the business plan after doing a lot of market research & they were appreciating the ideas given by the Team members & jotting down to make things meaningful at a particular time.
Sasha has great experience of sales & marketing so He was trying to understand the Target Customers & the way of marketing.
Dav: has experience in OB, Brain & Cognitive Science so he was concentrating on to execute the plans were discussing in the group.
Igor: has good knowledge of piano & he was a composer also so he has good knowledge of Music Industry.
The root causes of the team's process Problems
The team was perfect but the Co-ordination in the team is the very important aspect to work a competitive organization. They had good ideas, good plans, good strategy, but the main problem was in the synchronizations of the different people thought process. So at this particular time we need a leader. Who can understand the thought process of every one, cultural changes of different team member so Henry & Dana was working as a leader & Creative person. They were taking care their ideas & by selecting their important thoughts they were executing & making the things possible.
Team process Problem again the Diversity of the the Culture, Understanding gap among the team members, Conflicts, lack of coordination, lack of proper communication Channels, Clarity of Vision,
