Programming Solution Proposal
The problem that would need to be resolved is making finding information about benefits easier. To find benefit information, an employee will have many steps to find where to find the benefits for employees. Then to find the information that the employee is looking for is nearly impossible without digging for some more into the program. Creating a program that is easier for the employees to find will help them the benefit information. I would appreciate a program where it is easy to find out information that I need about my benefits. The first step would to figure out how to separate the benefits into sections. The program would clearly need to be identified on what the program is for. In the Benefit program there would be broken down into submodules. The first submodules would be health benefits. Under the health benefits would be broken down into three categories Medical, Dental, and Vision. The medical category would consist of what benefit description of what the employee's health benefit covers. The description of the health benefit would let the employee know what his or her out-of-pocket expense is. Then it would let the employee know what the health coverage would be after he or she met the deduction. Another category under the health benefit would let the employee know what types of procedures are covered and what procedures are not covered. The health benefit would let the employee know about prescriptions. The prescriptions category will have what prescription is covered under what tier the prescription is covered under. The prescription category will list the price of each prescription. The prescription category will not send employees to a website that will not allow the employee to log into. The next main category under the medical category would be dental. The dental category will let the employee if there are any deductable for dental coverage.
