The different between innovation and change
At the beginning, I want to explain the different between innovation and change, innovation means someone or teams doing something outstanding or think outside the box, for example how to improve the products and technology and methods etc… Refer to the book explanation of innovation “is the successful implementation of creative in an organization”.
Another word “Change” can explain to theory of constraints brings uncertainty, that means there are many external or internal elements to decide change or not, the reaction for changing do not represent it will success or not for the outcome. Sometimes, decline occurs when organizations don’t recognize the needs for change.
How innovation is important
In the fast pace environment, technological innovation helps to change their products time to time to meet the needs for the users. Technological innovation is the process through which new or improved technologies are developed and brought into widespread use. For instances: Apple iPhone was the first fully touchscreen device that introduced consumers to a new level of interactivity to their cell phone. The iPhone set the standard for the touchscreen smartphone market and continues to be the most popular.
Introduction for world famous innovator
The second question is using example to explaining how innovation is important to the companies; Steve Jobs, a world famous innovator and former CEO of Apple computer Inc. He is a distinguish example to show how innovation lead to their business success, He leaded Apple to become a will world famous brand from his creative innovation; Nowadays Iphones, Ipads, Ipods Mac Computers are the worldwide products which can’t be neglect, and the market share is the largest one.
Background of the company

The main product line of Apple is iPhone, iPod music player, and the Macintosh line of computers. For more than two decades, Apple Computer is the manufacturer of personal computers, including Apple II, Macintosh, Power Mac lines, but it faced rocky sales and market share low in the 1990s.
