Key Players

1. Leon Lassiter: Vice President of Marketing at MSCC. He was the champion or the leader for the move to the UNITRAK system. He had the insight of how information systems could help to increase the MSCC revenue. He constantly planned to adopt IS to satisfy the MSCC’s growth.

2. Jack Wallingford: President of Midsouth Chamber of Commerce.

3. Ed Wilson: Vice President, Public Affairs and Operations of MSCC. In case of UNITRAK system, Wilson had supported for the project, but didn’t take any responsibility.

4. Nolan Vassici: The first Information Systems person supporting for MSCC. He was hired as an outsource consultant. He has developed and recommended the systems between 1992-1996.

5. Simon Kovecki: Information system support specialist hired for MSCC. Kovecki had supported all the systems since June 2003. He seems to be the person who had the most experience in IT in MSCC. In 2004, the MSCC workstations were upgrading successfully by him. According to the UNITRAK, he was assigned the technical aspects of the migration. He worked under Hedges as an System analysis.

6. Jeff Hedges: Vice President of Public Finance. Also, he had given responsibility for computer operations or the role of IS manager.
