Today's business world is dynamic. It's market is more competitive. To survive in this competitive market business need to take some competitive advantages. One of these advantages is taking the decision quickly. A business can take effective decision quickly when it gets information from its all department. Get all the information at a time when the all department are integrated.ERP software can integrate all the information from various department of an organization. As for example finance manager can easily know what the inventory, information about employees etc is. Simultaneously. Warid is an Abu Dhabi based consortium which is started their operation in Bangladesh in 2007. Warid uses ERP software Oracle e-business suite 11i.5.10.2.It's version or release number is UNIX, HP. They use it to know information of all the departments in one place. The ERP of warid are divided into four main modules and each of them has also a number of sub modules. They use 14 modules in total. The main modules are financial module, Supply chain management module, Customer relationship management module & Human resource management module. The ERP software of Warid is totally operate and managed by an IT team which consists of seven members. The cost of the ERP software depends on several factors such as number of users, number of modules etc.Using ERP Warid got some advantages like quick and well informed decision making. The full flagged usage of ERP requires skilled IT employees which is not still available.
