What Was Most Different Change Will Your Professional Career, How Did You Manage That Change?

1. What was most different change will your professional career, how did you manage that change?

         There are many different change that I have experienced in my professional career, and it change me a lot . Let me tell a sort of my life story. During my bachelor’s degree I was once an accounting student and when I reach second year I found myself shifted to education. I know my grade is quite good, but I think I am happier in the education field.  When I finish education, I almost have a career change, when I experience teaching in the kindergarten, I studied again early childhood because wanted to teach younger ones. Now I am studying another field, the educational administration .I However, I think it’s just now, when I continue my graduate studies here, I think I have a career focused already. The changes, I am experiencing now made me mature enough and better person. The changes in my professional career makes me grow professionally. I know I am enjoying my studies now and I am learning a lot.

1. What innovation idea/ideas that are in your school that lead to significant success?

         There are lot of innovation ideas that are present in our school, it’s just that we do not know that it’s lready  an innovation, we just do not mind. I think one of the significant innovation idea in our school is the involvement of our external stakeholders especially parents in teaching, most likely in the field of story telling. It is very common that schools should involve stakeholders, but I believe that that only few who did what we did. In our school school we chose some qualified parents to storytell our children in a given scheduled time with the use of localized story written in a big book.

         We found out that children are more attentive and interested to listen from other people not only form their teachers all the time. There was also a time, when we invited a tribal datu in our barangay to tell the story of the legend of our barangay. It’s a great success, I know, from our observation, children really listen carefullly, interact and after the story, we teacher, gave formative test and most of them got a good score. I think this innovation ideas really create a significant success to our school.
