Each individual plays an integral role in the development and sustainability of an organization. A leader is an individual who plays the central role in the management and the organization that each team members play a role in. Organizations find extraverts and outgoing individual who develop a foundation of a team very important because they have many opinions and are open to expressing them in a team-oriented environment. As a leader, I am committed to reaching my goals as individual who is outgoing, friendly and open to listening to other group member views. As a team leader, I will be using the management functioning steps which are planning, organizing, leading and controlling in order to reach the goals essential to completing my part of my group project. A follower is a member of a team that participates in developing the framework in a way which an organization should run and maintains in order to accomplish all duties efficiently, effectively and productively. A Team player is a member that remains optimistic and understands how to follow through with the direction that is assigned to them. They must also take into consideration the roles that all individuals take a part in for a project. As a team player, I believe my skills and personality are in line with the definition of who it is to be a leader. I have the skills like having an omnipotent view that directs my responsibility towards my organization to make sure that it works towards a successful completion of the mission, vision, and values it upholds. By doing this my skills are best utilized in an organization where my responsibility is to look over all the duties each member of the team must complete as well as my own. Planning for the coming up deadlines and making sure that the requirements are met before the deadline are essential to any group project and it is my duty to make sure me and my team complete all goals on time and beforehand.
