A. MOTIVATION

Good morning, class!

I have here a web and the question that we will focus on is, “What do you do when you have a problem?” Let’s start it with me. When I have a problem, I usually reflect and think about what caused the problem. (The teacher writes her own answer on the chart.) How about you? What do you usually do when you have a problem?

Very good! So we really do have different ways on facing our problems in life. There are some that are very passive while some do every way to solve their problems.

B. LESSON PROPER

Your answers are very relevant to our poem for today. Now bring out your books and turn it to page 180. I’ll read the poem first, and then you’ll read it the second time. Clear?

All right class. Who is probably addressed in the poem? Why do you say so? Can you tell me which lines in the poem prove your answer?
