Introduction to physical treatment
Physical activity is the most scientific and healthy solution for obesity. In order to loss their weight, obese people do some aerobic sports periodically. Aerobic sport consumes excess body fat and promotes metabolism. Some authorities like The World Health Organization, the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services suggests that adults should get the equivalent of two and a half hours of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity each week to keep good health. According to the research, a person’s energy comes from saccharides and fat in the body. Once, saccharides run out, our body would automatically burn fat during physical activity. The more time you spent on exercise, the more fat will be burned. The most common method of exercise to lose weight is swimming, jogging, aerobics, dancing, etc.
The impacts of physical treatment
• Energy consumption was negatively correlated with obesity
Exercise not only consume energy themselves, but also affect the resting metabolic rate and the special athleticism of food, increasing energy consumption. One-hour walking, running or swimming is a few times of the energy consumed by sitting. This is related to the increase of catecholamine hormones caused by workout. Exercise-induced changes may be associated with the increase of skeletal muscle Long-chain fatty acids membrane transporters. This result indicates that the workout can active FFA uptake system. Some data shows that the basal metabolic rate is a risk factor for obesity. Long-term and regular exercise can improve resting metabolic rate of obese people. Exercise can also enhance food special motility forced on healthy people. When exercise intensity and time reaches a certain level which reduces enough muscle glycogen storage, food specific effect has great potential.
