Bill Gates is an American entrepreneur, business man, investor, computer programmer, and inventor. He entered Harvard University in 1973. He developed a version of the programming language BASIC. Left Harvard University in his junior year to devote his time to Microsoft then began developing software for personal computers . Gates is the former chief executive and chairman of Microsoft. In the later stages of his career, Gates has pursued a number of philanthropic endeavours, donating large amounts of money to charitable organizations and scientific research programs .
EXTRAVERSION-
Bill Gates tends to be in charge. A demanding boss. Interrupt during presentations in “Bill” meetings .He want logical answers to be presented by his team members . Bill Gates is quiet and bookish but apparently unfazed by others opinion of him.
AGREEABLE-
He understood the value of partnerships and working together with outside entities to obtain his goal. Although not a very friendly person, Gates carry the sociable traits like he founded the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation and spent millions of dollars in charity every year.
CONSCIENTIOUSNESS-
With leadership of Bill Gates, Microsoft was able to surpass IBM which proves his achievement over the time in growing the business stronger and solid. Microsoft was the third largest public company of the world in 2004, ahead of IBM.
EMOTIONAL STABILITY-
Does not release his stress towards his employees. Has self control and calm and good under pressure. Faced all the legal hassles and accusations of monopolizing the World Wide Web. Gates is notorious for not being reachable by phone and for not returning phone calls. He also interrupts presentations of employees and made harsh comments.
