Paul basically wanted to create a business which enables everyone to experience the feeling of being on top of the bridge regardless of blind, deaf and even disabled people. However, Cave’s dream was to dealing many organizations, as well as state and local authorities, community groups and hundreds of experts on everything from safety and logistics. Paul cave did not give up even though he had lot of barriers, he tried his best to make it as a reality. At last, Cave won over his idea and now Bridge are operates 24 hours a day and which is one of the greatest icons in the world. And it would make customer satisfaction and belief in the bridge.
