Abstract
In this study, the relationship between information technology benefits, attitudes and effectiveness on employer needs on Accounting Information System Programs (AIS) in case of banking sector in Bangladesh has been discovered. For study purpose, the background and accounting information of Shahjalal Islami Bank has been used. This case study has helped to discover what are the employers’and employees need of AIS program in banking sector in Bangladesh. This report has also reflected about the accounting profession in Bangladesh, the role of Bangladesh government in developing information technology sector, the benefits, attitudes, effectiveness of information technology and usage needs of accounting information system. All data and information for preparation of the report has collected from internet.
