I would like to have knowledge in the preparation of coconut juice which is a health drink that is very common here in the province plus the pros and cons in the preparation of said juice. I also want to know how to dispose off the shell of coconuts and what other by products that can be made of with said coconut products. These research ideas will help all people interested in making a small livelihood specially in remote areas where additional income is badly needed by coconut farmers since coconut is widely grown here in the province. Are there also other materials such as honey, tea and other leafy vegetables that can be incorporated with coconut juice? Is there a problem for contamination in the preparation of said juice and if so, what are the possible ways to minimize said contamination. What is the proportion in mixing said drinks when you plan to commercialize the said product and what are the much needed add on and cost to be involved in when you do so. Since coconut is abundant in asia, then this juice can add up to the income of farmers who usually belong to the less priviledged group in every community. This paper work will help a lot of students teach their parents who are farmers to come up with quick solutions in upgrading their lives. Hopefully someone can bring about answere and solutions in coming up with simple answers to these questions. Since softdrinks are expensive in the remote areas, then coconut drinks are better off and much more healthy for children going to schools. It can also be prepared by teachers in schools for their students to drinks during breaks.
