You will need to do the following:-
1. Form Pairs – One person to be the leader.
2. Leader to email me both their and their partner's details.
3. In the email Subject Write: "The Creative Culture – Group A – Pairs"
4. Identify an industry of choice which may include the entertainment, food, travel, housing, etc
industries. The choice is yours. DO NOT look at specific organisations. This task is aimed at
you analysing the industry factors that effect, or may effect, organisations in it considering
expansion or new players entering the industry.
5. Concepts that should be included are PESTLE, 5 Forces, Opportunities and Feasibility
Analysis.
6. Prepare a 500 word summary, and approx 6 minute presentation of your findings. Ensure you
demonstrate sources of your information (ie: what research have you conducted to help
inform your analysis?

1. What are the common attributes across the three companies in this feature? How do these attributes help the companies thrive in otherwise competitive industries?
The common attributes across the three companies in this feature is the way of them being innovative in starting a new business in already existing and competitive market. Each of them has come up with a new and unique idea of expanding their business in their respective way.
While Home made pizza company came up with an idea of delivering uncooked and unboxed to the customer who came on heat able parchment paper, on the other hand Hot mama came up with an idea of a store which was designed specifically for mothers to shop with small children in tow.
