Description of Product & Services

Middle Eastern cuisine shows the diversity and reflects the cultural heritage of the Arabs in their food. We will be promoting the Middle Eastern culture and food that has great potential in this part of the world. The restaurant will be offering traditional Middle Eastern food items including the following:

  • Hummus

Hummus is one of the traditional Arab dishes that made from chickpeas mixed with tahini, olive oil, salt, garlic and lemon extracts. This dip is then used with chicken as spread and thus used as appetizers or snacks (Kazim, 2014).

  • Kebab

Kebab is a dish that is prepared using chicken, beef, mutton or fish meat and mixing it with various spices to make it one of the most eaten food in lunch and dinner. The Kebab has very variation, but we will be preparing it with the traditional Arab spices to give it a traditional taste and look (Hayward, 2012).

  • Falafel

Falafel is a ready to eat snack item that will be kept pre-prepared for the clients. Falafel is made from chicken peas, beans, and other traditional Arabian flavors. Falafel will give our restaurant a feel of snack lounge that will also attract youths in numbers and thus will eventually help in increasing the popularity of the restaurant (Fayed, 2015).

  • Tabbouleh

We will also cater the vegetarian customers by offering this dish made from tomatoes; parsley, chopped to perfection, chopped onions, mint along with seasoning it using olive oil, lemon juice, and salt (Cloake, 2013).

  • Baba Ghanoush

Baba Ghanoush is another classic vegetarian dish with rich Arabian flavors cooked with eggplant, tomatoes, onions and various seasoning options. Baba Ghanoush along with pita bread makes it a perfect meal for our clients and thus will make a very healthy as well as the light meal for them to consume (Cloake, 2013).

  • Chicken Shawarma

A chicken Shawarma is a traditional Arab dish that is prepared by cooking chicken in marinated yogurt and presented in a pita bread with various sauces for seasoning that makes it extremely delicious to eat.
