Implying the product into the SWOT analysis

Our major advantage is that our product is a pioneer in its field because it is the only product that reduces the effect of smoking by this far. While the other products available on the market are only help people to quit smoking by providing alternatives like nicotine patches and electronic cigarettes. Instead this product not only helps people to quit smoking but also reduces the affect during their journey. Statistics show that smoking affects not only the people who smokes but the people around them, most products on the market only designed to help smokers while our product helps combat the effects of smoking in second hand smokers as well. Our product provides alternative for the people who struggle to stop smoking.

Drawback of our product is as that we invested a lot of capital into research and development which means that the initial cost of the product would be high which means that we would be forced to segment the product market. During testing we found that abuse of the product can cause shortness of breath specifically during physical stress and among those who had pre existing lung conditions.

Future Possibilities include joint ventures with National health services and any other pharmaceutical companies. Although working with leading smoking companies like Malborour which would help them to tackle their negative public image regarding increasing level of smoking relative deaths. We can also outsource the production section of the product to far more experience companies with better infrastructure.

However we have external process that may affect our business like pressure from anti smoking activists groups like_______ and the other medical association like ________who may believe that our product encourages smoking. There are future possibilities that we may be hindered by government policies and laws that may affect the production and sales capacity of our product. One of the most challenging problems that we have is the continuous supply of the ingredients to make the product, as that this is a rare herb found in Northern region subtropical forest.
