Currently, Captain Oat’s instant oat is targeting on the retiree that are age 55 and above, both male and female. The lifestyle of current target market is healthy lifestyle and health conscious. As for the social class, its target market is on lower upper and above. For geographical location, Captain Oat’s instant oat is distributed in both urban and sub urban area. Understanding the dynamics of competitors within an industry is critical for several reasons. First, it can help to assess the potential opportunities for your venture, particularly important if you are entering this industry as a new player. It can also be a critical step to better differentiate yourself from others that offer similar products and services.
