Process Improvement Plan
The following plan will include the current performance and strategy that Christ for the Nations is implementing along with an analysis of the overall operations; in addition, of the current performance, a new plan will be presented with evidence and results of the new recommendations; such a plan will include changes in its current strategy, areas of weaknesses, recommendations to maximize its strengths, and evidence of results on new implementations
In order to fully understand the complexity of the organization, Christ for the Nations (CFN) has managed to grow into several operations. CFN is well recognized worldwide through its operations in several countries with bibles schools associated, publisher, conferences, music development, etc. In addition to the global recognition, CFN has growth at national level with a high quality institution that provides religious education, as well as, several conferences throughout the country, and associations that provide network and fellowship to churches and ministries; all these are just part of the overall activities that CFN has been able to develop. The following analysis will include the different areas of operations within CFN such as business operations, academic program, facilities, etc. along with its strategy to increase it development locally and internationally.
Mission Statement:
CNFI has mission that is closely related to the mission statement of the organization, which it belongs to. The mission portrays the reality of everything they pursue with the activities and services they provide.

“As part of CFNI philosophy and work ethic, CFNI believes in a set of values which are the base as well of every activity they are involved in. In addition to fulfill these values, they promote it on their annual agenda, and among the personnel within the organization.

• Integrity: as organization and among the people that is part of the organization.
• Prayer: as the fundamental communication with God and the divine intervention on the daily operations.
• Worship: as the way to express devotion to God
• Legacy: CFNI exists because of the legacy of men and women of God, and they believed that our impact on earth could go beyond the days a person is alive.
