The major services it provides is Business Consulting, Application Services which include IT design, development, integration and maintenance solutions, IT Infrastructure Services and Business Process Outsourcing services. Initially it was an IT Development and Service arm of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation but was spun off as an independent company in 1996. It is listed in FORTUNE 500, S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100 listings.
