Compensation and Benefit

Total time limit for presentation: 15 minutes

• Whether u are group of three or two people, every group has to complete 13-15 minutes of their presentation

• Same goes for if anyone is giving presentation alone, he or she has to complete 13-15 minutes.

• For a group of 3, each person should get 4-5 minutes to present.

• Similarly for a group of 2, each person should present for about 6-8 minutes.

Format of the presentation is the same as I have been telling you in the lectures again and again

1. Organizational Introduction

• What sort of business entity is it, what industry it is from?

• Who is running it, is it a family business, private limited or public?

• What do they manufacture?

• What sort of services they provide?

• Where is it located?

• Since when it was established?

• Discuss any of their achievements

• Where are their markets, are they exporting?

• How much is the workforce?

• If you are targeting a specific department for the interviews then add information about it, what is its function?

• Etc

2. HR Department's introduction

• Whether they have an HR Department?

• If they don't why?

• Do the similar businesses have HR Departments?

• Who is looking after the HR policies?

• How many sections do they have in HR?
