Introduction
Nowadays divorce rates are steadily increasing worldwide. Marriage is becoming more unstable Institute. The percentage of divorce in the USA is higher than in Russia and most European countries. According to statistics, more than half of all marriages in the USA end in divorce, and the laws for both marriage and divorce are different in all States. Ending a marriage may legally be relatively easy in some States, or may involve complex legal proceedings in others. Also, one of the most difficult issues of family law in the United States is the issue of upbringing and maintenance of the child after divorce. The fact is that many parents, even after legal proceedings, cannot agree clearly on compliance with the court's decisions on the performance of their duties to the child. The result of this can be a variety of reasons: both bad faith of one of the spouses, and elementary forgetfulness. In order to correct this situation and to help the former spouses comply with the decisions of the court on the upbringing and care of the child, an idea was born to create a mobile application that would allow real-time control of the above-mentioned processes, as well as receive online consultations of lawyers and family law lawyers.
