Dream Organisation

Dream varies from person to person according to their mental status, attitude and expectations from their life. Every human being has some dream in life someone is crazy for riches others has zeal to hold a particular key position. My aim is to achieve something in banking field and with this very vision I've been planning my career. I feel that an organization I'd like to join after completing MBA will be banking organization. I always wanted to work with the organization where I can polish my skills and learn the art of handling different kinds of people. Communicating with different people, sharing ideas and helping others are always been my priorities. While working in a bank we day to day meet new faces and new problems of theirs. The best time of the day of a committed employee is spent in the office. Obviously it should provide a harmonious atmosphere where people work in complete harmony with each other. Environment where people help each other and their main objective should be achieving the organization's goal.
As each person has their own goal, different preferences. Before choosing any organization a person has to choose a "carrier", for this one has to perform a self assessment by finding his or her area of interest. Choosing a career track is a difficult as well as one of the most important decisions one has to make in his life. You may have talents and skills that are comprehensive and offer you a wide range of possibilities. But you need to identify them before choosing a carrier. Your carrier will be good if you succeed in becoming a good employee. For becoming a good employee one has to polish his or her skills. Key responsibility of any employee is to focus on the task at hand. If the task at hand is finding a job that suits your particular skill set, it is important that you first perform some self-assessment and find out what makes you a valuable employee. Having the self-confidence to know what you are good at will help you in the long run as far as choosing a career track goes. Whether you want to be an Air Traffic Controller or an Agent responsible for a list of clients, knowing what you want from your potential career track and putting all of your energy into it will help you become successful in anything you choose. After knowing your potential and choosing your carrier one has to move forward to choose the organization where he or she wants to work.
For me "My dream organization" should be like where I can maintain balance between the office and home. Being a girl I want to work with the organization which will provide some job security as well as boost up my skills and give me chance to grow as an individual. I should get the opportunities to learn different things and where I should have the opportunity to do what I can do the best and should received recognition or praise for doing good work.
