Organisational Behaviour or OB is primarily the study and application of how individuals and groups behave in an organisation, this is done by undertaking a systematic approach, it interprets organisation-people relationships keeping in view the whole person, group, organisation and complete social system. The purpose is to build better relationship objectively.
