Job satisfaction can be described as how workers feel about their job either they feel good or bad in their work. Organization and workers are relate with each other which is mean the organization get their needs from the workers achievement based on what workers give for the resources to the organization to reach their target.

It can be affect by many factors and also affect the job performance of the workers. If their needs are more satisfy while working, they will perform better for the organization. One view, associated with the early human relation's approach, is that satisfaction leads to performance (Buchanan, 2006). The meaning of this statement is that if the employees feel not satisfy at their workplace, their performance through the job also will be effected. As consequences, the performance of entire organization also will be decline.

Employees would see that if they think that they are achieving the objectives of their duties easier, have a meaningful, significant and feel challenging towards their job, then actually they have meeting the satisfaction. Every worker should meet this feeling because from that, they will get motivation to work better at the organization. Besides, the manager might be planning to promote them for the higher position at the company. So, the workers who get the position feel positively about his or her job. Based on Heller (2002) positive affectivity is a personality characteristic described as high energy, enthusiastic and pleasurable engagement while negative affectivity is a personality type characterized as distressed, un-pleasurable engagement and nervousness.

Many of other researchers had found that job satisfaction has a relationship with Herzberg Theory. This theory has been dividing with two which are motivation and hygiene or dissatisfaction.
