Application- Google's different workplaces and grounds the world over reflect the organization’s general philosophy, which is nothing not exactly "to make the most joyful, most gainful working environment on the planet," as per a Google representative, Jordan Newman (Stewart, 2013). Google’s has different model of motivation and leadership styles that are not like other traditional organization. To achieve their philosophy they more focus on their employees to create the work place happiest and more productive. At the initial stage of Google Company, its one of leader Larry Page and Sergy Brin create a plan to go out from the company to look after other people, try to developing a brand name around and triggering remarkable advancement (Martin, 2014). Leaders from Google who create their modern leadership styles to encourage employees to being innovative and productive, and helping them to become more trustworthy persons to their employees. Google leaders like as Lary Page, Eric Schmidt have some global leadership dimension that help to motivate employees to do productive workers
Value based leadership- To be a value-based pioneer, you should will to search inside yourself through customary self-reflection and make progress toward more self-awareness (Kraemer Jr, 2011). He is a leader who knows how to reflect himself at work and his employees and how to lead them. The Lary page encourages people to create more innovative ideas so that employees’ valuable work also can relate to the main power of Google work. His leadership's approach of enabling and encouraging representatives' work has prompted a substantial number of advancements and, thus, to the unstable development of the organization (Manimala and Wasdani, 2013). He is very intelligent, ambitious, and collaborative and encourages people to come out new ideas and innovation and thus way he can easily get confidence from his followers.
Team oriented Leadership- Google’s leaders and employees more encourage to work as team compare to individual work. Executive Chairman from Google named as Eric Schmidt encourages employees to choose their own team and give freedom to as team. He expresses his interested to his team member’s success and well-being (Manimala and Wasdani, 2013). Leaders from Google identify the strategy and vision for the team and create relationship with employees by talking with them about their lives and interest (Montague, 2013). Leaders from Google are always feel happy to listen their team and they are very good communicator (Murray, 2011).
