Graduate School Entry Statement

To whom it may be concern:
My name Marina Stefanka, I recently graduated from Bluefield State College, Bluefield WV, with BS in Business Administration. Originally I am from Kazakhstan, which is a former USSR country, located in Central Asia. Kazakhstan is very young and still developing country, where a lot of improvements need to be done. The reason why I decided to come first to United States, and now to Czech Republic is to get an internationally recognizing education and also to become proficient in English. I believe that these two qualities would put me on the whole another level in international job market. Another reason of moving to a foreign country was to experience different cultures, meet new people, which at the same time taught me to adjust to changes quicker, to communicate to people with different backgrounds, to learn new responsibilities that I had to experience by living far from my family. There definitely were difficulties because of language barrier, but I believe I had successfully overcome that stage by taking every chance to practice and improving my English.
After completing undergraduate school, I have worked in insurance industry for United Healthcare Inc, and also I have gotten some experience in tax preparation at H&R Block. I believe that past year was full of great and helpful work experience, which gave me a little taste of business world. Also it helped me to see how graduate level of education will help me to reach the highest career goals in the future. The purpose of my study is to build up on my professional and academic background. I am planning on completing CPA examination on my own, and also I would like to pursue Masters of Business Administration program (MBA) with concentration in finance.
