- Executive Summary
- Objectives
The aim and objective of the research are to help students to fit for the society with better reaction. There are two aspects which would influence students’ behavior in society. One is the requirement of a qualified graduate student; the other is the factor influencing the readiness of graduate students. The knowledge, skills, attitudes, perspectives can be researched.
- Results
The results go that, in the survey, the sample students have gone through their social skills, cognition skills, emotional skills, reasoning skills, communication approaches, self-management modes, interaction skills, EQ and IQ development. These results have shown that, firstly, the students are well organized and show respect on others towards differences in social or cultural beliefs. Secondly, the students have concrete reasoning skills, and conservative emotional skills in communication to preserve proper social introspection because of the effectiveness of education. Thirdly, the students are qualified in IQ development; however their maturity level is still needed to be improved, owing to their personal social experience. Fourthly, the students have considered less on their attitudes, or personalities, because there are rare conditions for them to make conclusion or social judgment in introspection, however, they should try to solve conflicts, and divergence, and more practice should be paid in education.
